Key Safety & Prep Notes Before Mixing
- Work in a well-ventilated area (dust mask recommended).
- Wear gloves — sodium percarbonate can irritate skin.
- Use dry tools only; moisture activates percarbonate prematurely.
- Store finished powder in an airtight container away from humidity.
- For best stability: Add percarbonate last after blending other ingredients.
- Note: Formula is fragrance-free, dye-free, SLSa-free.
General Mixing Process (Any Batch Size)
- Prepare workspace + weigh accurately.
- Follow step‑by‑step mixing order above.
- Blend to uniformity: small batches hand‑stir 5‑10 min; larger batches use low‑speed blender.
- Test uniformity: scoop top/middle/bottom — should look identical.
- Package immediately in airtight containers, label with date and "FRAGRANCE-FREE, DYE-FREE, SLSA-FREE".
Usage Measurement Notes
- Typical use: ~1 teaspoon per bottle (add warm water, shake, let sit 5–15 min, rinse).
- Heavy buildup: 1.5‑2 teaspoons or second cycle + light brush.
- Teaspoon volume varies — label should say "approx.".
- Solution will appear milky white (no dyes).
Performance Reality
- Designed to eliminate odor‑causing residue and loosen buildup.
- Some stainless films may require light wiping or second cycle.
- Do not position as a disinfectant; avoid antibacterial/sanitizing claims.
- No added fragrance, natural white powder.
- SLSa-free: Gentler formula, less potential for irritation.
